Group Coaching

Many people come from collective, warm cultures where being in a community is a major value. For those who identify with these cultures, seeking growth, healing, and development in a group context may prove to be beneficial.

Group coaching is intended for affinity groups, especially groups experiencing collective stress and trauma, who are working towards thriving futures. Group coaching will typically last for 10 sessions, where I take your group on a collaborative journey towards the collective goal of the group. There will also be an option to add personal coaching sessions throughout the duration of the group, where we can further personalize the group work to your life in a more intimate setting.
